Craig graduated from Valdosta State University in 1995 with a BBA in Accounting.  He has been with Henderson & Godbee, LLP since 2002 andobtained his CPA license in 2004.  Craig specializes in auditing services, including financial statements, governmental audits, and 401K plan audits, in addition to income tax services for individual and business clients.

Craig was accepted as a partner with Henderson & Godbee in July, 2011.  He lives in Valdosta with his wife Alison and their two children, Pate and Abigail.

Kevin is a 1999 graduate of Augusta State University with a BBA in Accounting.  He received CPA license in 2006.  Kevin specializes in income taxes and business consulting.  He also has experience in the construction and development of residential real estate.  Kevin was accepted as a partner with Henderson & Godbee in July, 2010.  Kevin and his wife Jennifer live in Hahira with their three daughters, Katherine, Caroline, and Audrey.

Jim graduated from the University of Georgia in 1989 with a BBA in Accounting and in 1990 with a Master of Accountancy.  Jim become a CPA in 1992.  He specializes in income, estate, and gift taxes, as well as business consulting.  Jim also has significant experience in real estate and partnership taxes issues regarding the development, management, and construction of residential and commercial property.  Jim also has extensive experience in the hospitality industry.  He has been a partner with Henderson & Godbee, LLP, since 2000 and lives in Valdosta with his wife Julie and three children, Katherine, James, and Grace.

Gerald attended Valdosta State College, majoring in Accounting, and received his CPA license in 1964.  He is a founding member of the firm and has over 50 years of public accounting experience.

He specializes in income taxes, business consulting, employee benefits, litigation support and has significant experience (over 40 years) providing services to physicians, dentists, veterinarians and other professional service firms.  These services include tax services, development of income allocation formulas, buy-sell agreements, practice valuations, benchmarking physician practices, and consulting.  He is a member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

Gerald works with both large and small closely held businesses providing a wide range of tax services, consulting services, assisting with retirement and employment benefits planning and plan design, debt restructure and other services.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.  During his career, he has been involved in community and civic activities.  Gerald has served as board member and chairman of the Valdosta State University Foundation, state director of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and president of the Valdosta Chapter of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is a charter member of the North Valdosta Rotary Club and was one of two CPAs that were responsible for chartering the Valdosta Chapter of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Gerald and his wife Marilyn reside in Valdosta and have two children and two grandchildren.

Mark is a 1985 graduate of Georgia Southern College, and received his CPA license in 1987.  As the partner in charge of auditing services, Mark specializes in auditing and income taxes.  Originally from Douglas, Georgia, Mark now resides in Hahira with his wife Laura and daughter Mallory.  Mark has been a partner with Henderson & Godbee, LLP, since 1996.
