Over the past 25 years, Henderson & Godbee, LLP has developed an expertise in Governmental Affordable Housing Programs. Our knowledge of the HUD and Rural Development programs and Department of Treasury and DCA regulations gives us the ability to meet the needs of our clients from the planning and cost certification stages through the successful completion of the compliance period. We work with developers, investors and management companies, both for-profit and non-profit, helping them achieve their goals of providing affordable housing to areas in need and achieving satisfactory investment rates of return.
